Introducing our amazing team! We are a group of passionate health care professionals who are dedicated to providing the best service possible. Each member has a significant part in the team and use our combined skill set to deliver the most patient-centred care possible to each patient.

Sam Jepson
Clinic Director & Chiropractor

Sam spent 5 years studying his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Bournemouth and graduated in 2021. Since then, he has spent time learning from exceptional colleagues in Ipswich and Fulham and developed his own unique way of practicing. His treatment primarily aims to look at optimising function in your body, and allowing for a more long term solution to your issue rather than a quick temporary fix. Your experience with Sam is always personalised to you, as he believes each patient has their own unique needs, and will require a slightly different approach based on their problem.

Outside of the office, he is a keen sportsman from football, to golf and padel tennis. He spends a lot of time with family when they return home from travels and has a love for Greece, where he spent most of his upbringing. Without question, he is a keen Ipswich Town FC supporter and does his part in supporting them when possible.

Sam is also a member of the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.

Emma Kay
Clinic Manager

Emma is our clinic manager and will be in charge of the majority of your cryotherapy, float and recovery boot sessions. Using her Level 3 in anatomy and physiology, she will ensure you receive the appropriate treatment, tailored to your requirements. Emma's perspective of care is that each person that walks into our clinic is just as important as any other, to ensure the standard of care is never below exceptional.

Outside of the clinic, Emma is a keen runner and enjoys regular gym sessions to keep herself healthy. After growing up abroad in Madrid, she moved back to Suffolk where she found her interest in health care. On top of her ability to use our facilities, she is also well trained in manicures, pedicures, Indian head massage, Hopi Ear candles and more. Harry Rayfield
Sports Massage Therapist

Harry is our level 3 sports massage therapist who has been with us since December 2023. He is a young and enthusiastic part of the time who will endeavor to get to the bottom of your pain and offer a client-centred experience. Our clients commonly report how Harry is well-mannered and thoughtful, regularly going the extra mile to ensure his patients have the best outcome.

Harry is an exceptional rugby player outside of the clinic and has a strong interest in keeping himself healthy and functional. He is also in the process of his sports science degree at university with an aim progress onto a Masters of Chiropractic course in the coming year.
